new delivery of unusual containers this time with the typical Spanish botijo. A botijo is a bowl of porous cooked clay, designed to drink and keep the water fresh. In pottery it is defined as a spherical body vessel, a handle on its upper part, and with two or more holes. Note 1 It is usually called the widest mouth – by which it is filled -, and python or pitorro to the other , which produces a fine squirt ideal for drinking without too much waste.
